Terms

A website, and a form. That is all this covers.

PortalBunny has not launched. There are no accounts, no deals and no payments, so these terms are about the only two things you can do here: read the site and send an application. When the platform opens, they will be rewritten before any of it runs.

Who we are

PortalBunny is operated by Portal Media Group Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15224555, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Write to [email protected].

02

What this website is

PortalBunny is in pre-launch. This site explains what we are building, and it lets you send an application. Sending one does not create an account, a partnership, a right of access, or an obligation on either of us to do business. Nothing on this site is an offer to enter a contract with you.

03

Using the website

The site is for people aged 18 and over. Use it lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, or reach any part of it you were not given. Do not send anything false, unlawful or harmful — including a name or a link that is not yours to give.

04

Applications and updates

We decide which applications we take, and we may decline one without giving a reason. Sending an application is not acceptance of it. What you put in it has to be accurate and yours to give.

We answer applications by email. We send updates only if you asked for them on the form, and one line back to us stops them. What we do with your personal information is not in these terms: it is in the Privacy Policy, in more detail than this page would give it.

05

Our content, and what you send

The site — its text, its design, the PortalBunny name and logo — stays ours.

What you send stays yours. You give us permission to use it to review your application and to run this pre-launch process, and that permission ends when the application does. We do not take a licence to publish it, and this page says nothing about what may be agreed later, in writing, if you join.

06

What we do not promise

This is a pre-launch site: it changes, and it can be unavailable. Some of what it describes is what we are building rather than what exists. Features, timing and detail may change, and we do not promise that anything described here will ship in the form described.

We are responsible for running this site as described here. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for what you decide to do with information you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud — and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

07

Changes, law, and how to reach us

We may change these terms. The version you are reading applies from the date printed at the top of this page, and using the site after a change means the new version.

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be signed away, and you can bring a claim where that law says you can.
